Items with custom stamping currently take around 4-5 business days to make and ship. Other in stock items may ship sooner. Shipping transit time will take an additional 2-6 business days and occasionally longer around the holidays. 

Sorry, we do not offer express creation and/or shipping. If you include a note about needing the item ASAP well will attempt to ship sooner, however delivery dates are never guaranteed.

Return any item for a full refund for any reason, even personalized items! Simply contact us within 30 days and mail it back.

Products that get regularly handled like keychains and bottle openers will not need any special care.

Utensils related to food, such as scoops and BBQ tools should be hand washed only. Occasionally oil it with a food safe oil (vegetable oil) for the longest lasting finish. Dry immediately and oil after washing.

All iron products should be stored under cover in a dry location.

Although uncommon, packages can be delayed for several weeks (especially during December). Each order is examined on a case by case basis. If it is obvious that the package will not be delivered then your order will be eligible for a full refund or free replacement.
